We never ask for card details. You pay the rider in cash.

Why we use it

To confirm your order and send you its updates on WhatsApp.
To deliver your parcel. The rider may call you before coming.
To collect a piece you want to exchange.
To email your receipt, if you gave an email.
We may send you offers on WhatsApp. Reply STOP and we stop.

Who else sees it

The courier company that delivers your parcel gets your name, mobile number and address.
Our website host stores your order on its servers.
We never sell your details or give them to anyone else.

Cookies

The site keeps small files in your browser so it remembers your bag and keeps you signed in. Clearing your browser removes them.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details for as long as we need them for delivery, exchanges and our own records.

Your details are yours

WhatsApp us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If an order is still on its way or being exchanged, we delete its details once it is finished.
