These terms apply when you order from Knot. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• You pay the price shown at checkout.
• Delivery is Rs 250 an order, and free on orders over Rs 8,000.

Ordering

• We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we send it.
• Orders confirmed before 2 PM go out the same day.

Paying

• Cash on delivery only, for now. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
• We don’t take card payments yet.

Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan, usually in 2 to 4 days.
• The rider calls you before coming. You can send someone in your place.

Exchange

• You can exchange a piece for free within 14 days of delivery.
• We collect it from you. You don’t pay to send it back.
• The piece must be unworn and unwashed.
• To start, send us your order number on WhatsApp and tell us what you want instead.

Damaged or wrong piece

Tell us on WhatsApp. We send the right piece, or give you a full refund if you prefer.
